Develops relationships with Realtors, brokers, and other referral sources. Makes self available to accommodate needs of borrowers, Realtors, and brokers.   Provides superior service in accordance with our lending standards.

Prepares all necessary correspondence including pre-qualification letters, Good Faith Estimates, and Truth-In-Lending disclosures, etc.   Inputs loan data into various processing and underwriting systems.   Monitors individual pipeline of applications that are placed into processing.  Works closely with loan processors, underwriters, and closers/funders to ensure efficient flow of files and member service.

Maria has a five year background in Real Estate Sales, strong knowledge in managing REO's Properties, Short Sales, Property Management.  Before Real Estate, she enjoyed five years of social work in the south bay area and the San Fernando Valley.  Maria is very patience, loves to help people.  Her client's best interests are always at heart, and she is determine to meet or exceed their expectations.

Maria enjoys all kind of activities (along with her daugther "Princess Giselle") going to the beach, walking, swimming, loves to dance, and she's still trying to work on her cooking skills.
