Benita is responsible for overseeing and managing all of the lending activities. 

• Able to design and create new loan fund products that meet industry standards and are customer focused. 
•  knowledgeable of commercial business underwriting policies, procedures and reviews. 
  Knowledgeable of how to underwrite loans ranging from micro loans of under $5000 to commercial lines of credit and small business loans up to $100,000.
• Prepared to undertake collections, reduce delinquencies and aggressively manage workout situations.
• Strong computer skills to manage portfolio database and recordkeeping systems.
• Focus on the customer, provide realistic feedback in a professional environment and work with customers to provide realistic financing alternatives.
• Work as part of a team with business developers, loan packaging consultants and others on behalf of the client’s best interests.
